One of the services most appreciated by our patients is the billing and follow-up of all insurance claims. We have full time staff members dedicated to the unraveling of complex insurance issues. Our patients have described their dealings with insurance carriers as an experience in a foreign language. Patients have come to appreciate the patients and expertise our staff has to get insurance claims processed properly.
Eyerly Chiropractic Offices has a fee schedule based on usual reasonable and customary fees established by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Pennsylvania. We participate in any and all insurance provider programs that will reimburse a rate that will allow us to maintain and provide the level of service provided by our offices.
Our office will bill any insurance carrier for services provided. After claims processing, patients are then billed according to the terms of their insurance contract based on receipt of the explanation of benefits.
We also provide interest-free payment plans and credit card services. Individuals requesting hardship considerations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
